The ‘nerve centre’ of Quest Health, our Guest Support Services desk assists dozens of guests each day, helping them navigate from appointment to appointment, assisting with travel coordination, and effectively becoming the friendly face of Quest Health.
Particularly for guests coming from small communities, attending medical appointments in Winnipeg can be a stressful and confusing experience. The Guest Support Services staff are ready to find answers to any questions a guest may have about their scheduled medical appointments.
The Guest Support Services desk can also coordinate appointments with the physicians of the Quest Medical Clinic to address any specific or additional medical concerns or questions that may arise during a community members stay.
No question is too small, and no favour is too big – our staff go out of their way to exceed our guests’ expectations, helping to make Quest Health the destination of choice for thousands of visits each year.
Guest Support Services regularly assists up to 40 guests a day – almost 15,000 opportunities each year to make someone’s stay a little better.
